As a former physician, I am intimately familiar with having to navigate high-stress and/or toxic work environments.

I will work collaboratively with you to put on your own oxygen mask and establish a better work-life balance so that you can continue doing what is fulfilling for you and invest meaningfully in the relationships that matter.

I also love helping students in the health professions, as I well remember the struggles of being on those paths and would like to provide much-needed support for you on your journey.
